Hi, my name is Mari and I really enjoy lifting weights and eating healthy. This guide was written with the intention of helping others get on the same fitness path.

There are a bunch of different things I like to do when trying to live a healthy lifestyle. One of those things is exercise. As a female lifter I think it’s important to take care of myself; it always inspires me in my goal to keep getting stronger.

This guide covers more than just dieting, it covers quite literally everything related to living healthily - which isn't as boring or 

tedious as you might have thought!

Girls want a comprehensive look at the recipes, exercising, and healthy living that their goals demand.

All of these things require details and specifics to succeed. It's not enough to just follow recipes and exercise—you have to eat the right food, work out in a way that targets your goals, and have the right nutrition plan for you. Similarly, it's not enough to get active—you need a fitness routine customized to you, your own time-frame goals, your type of lifestyle, specific conditions influencing you such-as maternity or individual weight loss results-, etc

Writing blog is time-consuming when there are so many other areas where women need guidance. In today’s day and age where everyone is hyped up on Netflix or YouTube marathons there is still an unsatisfying level of information pertaining to female lifters out there.
